With my background in nursing and further training in an integrative healthcare model, I view wellness as a holistic journey that encompasses mind, body, and spirit. My approach is simple yet profound: I see you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms or challenges. Together, we’ll discover your inherent potential for wellness—no matter where you are in your life’s journey.

In-Person Sessions (Houston Area)

For those in the Houston area, I offer the enriching option of in-person sessions. Meeting face-to-face can deepen the personal connection and enhance our work together, providing a powerful setting for transformative growth and personal discovery.
